    Allied is the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) responsible for the medical side of the Simplify plan. Providers will bill Allied, and Allied will pay them a fair price for the service(s) received. Members will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Allied, as well as HRA reimbursement checks. Members will be expected to submit balance bills (if they receive one) to Allied through the Allied Digital app or portal. If members have questions regarding eligibility or medical coverage, they should contact the Allied Concierge Team. Allied can also help members find a provider or explain their coverage to a provider.

    The Allied Digital app and/or portal enables Simplify members to have a comprehensive digital experience. By downloading the Allied Digital app, you can access all information about your benefits, claims, prescriptions and more. You will also be required to upload any balance bills through the app, should you ever receive one. The app is not available until after your plan effective date.

    Included Health offers telemedicine, including 24/7 urgent care, virtual primary care, and behavioral health. Members can utilize Included Health services at no cost and can register online or directly through the Allied Digital app. If members have questions regarding Included Health’s services or their account, they should contact the Included Health Customer Service team.

    GoodRx is Simplify’s non-specialty pharmacy partner. Through GoodRx, members have access to affordable generic and brand-name prescriptions at a range of popular pharmacies. If members have questions regarding non-specialty prescriptions or coverage, they should contact the GoodRx Customer Service team.

    Livongo is a free, virtual program that offers the tools and support to help members manage their diabetes or high blood pressure (hypertension). Members can access their Livongo account online or through the Allied Digital app. If members have questions regarding their diabetes or high blood pressure treatment plan, they should contact Livongo.

    Balance billing

    BillingNav can help negotiate escalated balance bills. The Allied Concierge Team will engage BillingNav on a member’s behalf if initial attempts to negotiate with a provider are unsuccessful. In the event that BillingNav is involved in a member’s balance bill negotiation, it is important that they provide any requested information to them in a timely manner.
